No doubt the vast majority of Tennessee Highway Patrol employees serve their state with honor and dignity. Unfortunately, Bredesen's Watergate is the latest in a series of scandals presided over by Bredesen. Just over a year ago, a porn actress blogged about how an officer propositioned her for "sex acts" and tossed away evidence. Officer James Randy Moss threw away narcotics found in a stopped car and then engaged in oral sex acts that were photographed and captured on video.
